Booking Instructions

To book a session, please email kw.innerstrength@outlook.com with three preferences for the session you’d like to join. We’ll endeavour to confirm your first choice of session but as delegate numbers are limited this may not be possible. If your place on the course is funded you’ll receive the joining details for the session, or you’ll receive an invoice to pre-pay for the course, before receiving the joining details.
